Competition and Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Entry Requirements: 

To enter the competition,

• You must live in United
  Kingdom
• You must be a minimum
  18 years old
• You must follow
  @drinkskipuk on Instagram.
• You must have liked our
  competition post.
• Share our competition
  post to your Instagram story.
• Agree to the terms and
  conditions here in laid out
• Agree to your name
  and/or Instagram handle being shared on our socials

The competition will open on the
29th August 2026 at 13:00PM (BST) and will close on 24th
September at 00:00 (BST)

 

Multiple Entries:

-       One individual will be selected as the
winner. 

-       You can enter more than once by sharing to your
story’s multiple times – once the usual 24hr period has expired.

 

Prize:

The winner will receive 60 cans
of SKIP Magnesium drinks.

• These may be delivered in
  batches rather than all together.
• SKIP will endeavour to
  have the first batch delivered to the winner within 30 days of SKIP receiving
  their delivery information.
• The chosen delivery
  address must be within the UK.
• Strictly no
  international shipping.
• SKIP Brands ltd is not
  responsible for any delay or damage to the products after they have been
  dispatched.
• Depending on stock
  availability the winner may receive an uneven number of one flavour.
• The winner agrees to
  always read the label and to consult with a healthcare professional if
  unsure if the drinks are suitable for them.

The winner
will also receive:

-       4 Killer Lip tints.

-       One So Eco cleansing brush

-       One reusable microfibre cleansing pad.

 

·      The winner agrees to ensure that they read the
label for all product and allergen information and if unsure to speak with a
healthcare professional before using.

·      SKIP accepts no liability for the standard or
quality of these products.

·      Any issues arising with these products fall outside
of SKIP’s liability and the winner will need to speak to the respective brands
for any solutions.

·      There is no affiliation or relationship between Killer
Lips, So Eco or SOINVOGUE. 

• These prizes are
  non-exchangeable and non-amendable.
• They cannot be
  exchanged for cash or credit.
• The winner must comply
  with SOINVOGUE’S own Term’s and Conditions.

The value
of the prize is approx. £149.94. Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other
assets.

 

Winner selection &
notification.

• The winner will be
  selected from entries on Instagram.
• The winner will be
  selected at random by an electronic randomiser. The decisions
  are final and cannot be overruled.
• The Winner will be
  notified via Instagram DM. They have 7 days (including the day the message
  is sent) to respond. Failing this a new winner will be selected – through the
  same process.
• The prize is tied to
  the winner and cannot be transferred to another person.
• The winner will be
  informed personally via Instagram DM
• The selected winner
  will also be announced on our Instagram story (subject to response from
  the winner.)
• In such announcement,
  personal information about the winner may be shared, such as their name
  and/or Instagram handle.
• The winner must let
  SKIP know if they reject to such disclosure.
• Similarly, the
  electronic randomiser may be posted to the SKIP stories which may also
  disclose personal information about entrants such as name and/or Instagram
  handle.
• By entering the
  competition, entrants agree to this information being posted on our public
  Instagram story.
• The winner is liable
  for paying tax (if any) related to the receipt of the prize.
• Employees of the
  Company, or any company within the Company’s group, may not participate in
  the competition.

 

Disqualification:

• The Company reserves
  the right to disqualify persons due to illegal or fraudulent behaviour or
  if such persons act in breach of these terms and conditions.
• SKIP Drinks ltd also
  reserves the right to disqualify entries made by fake accounts and/or by
  persons who fail to meet one or more elements of the entry criteria

By entering this competition,
participants acknowledge and agree to the following regarding their

• Name – if disclosed in
  Instagram bio or handle.
• Email address and
  legal name (only from the selected winner, upon contact via direct message.)
• Address and contact
  number (only from the selected winner.)

1. Purpose of Data
   Collection:

The data
will be used solely for the purposes of:

• Verifying entry
  eligibility (e.g. confirming the participant follows the required account(s))
• Contacting the winner
  via direct message
• Requesting an email and
  address from the winner to arrange prize delivery and any necessary
  follow-up communication.

• Participants have the
  right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data. To
  exercise these rights, please contact us via direct message on the

• Entrants participate in
  the competition, and use the prize at their own risk, and you are
  responsible for their own safety connected therewith.
• It is the entrant’s
  personal responsibility to make sure that they can consume and use the
  prizes.
• Entrants agree to always
  read the label on any item they have won before using or consuming
  it.
• Entrants agree to
  consult with a healthcare professional if they are unsure about using or
  consuming any of the products in the giveaway.
• Do not exceed the
  recommended CBD intake of 10MG per day.
• SKIP are not liable for
  any costs entrants may have in relation to the competition.
• SKIP drinks are not
  suitable for children or anyone pregnant or breastfeeding. 
• SKIP advises exercising
  greater caution, before drinking SKIP, if taking medication – always check
  with a healthcare professional first.
• SKIP
  drinks reserve the right to amend, modify or cancel this promotion if
  necessary.

Legal Jurisdiction

• The laws of England and
  Wales apply to these terms and conditions.
