Entry Requirements:
To enter the competition,
· You must live in United Kingdom
· You must be a minimum 18 years old
· You must follow @drinkskipuk on Instagram
· You must have liked our competition post
· Share our competition post to your Instagram story.
· Agree to the terms and conditions here in laid out
· Agree to your name and/or Instagram handle being shared on our socials
The competition will open on Thursday 9th October at 12:00pm (BST) and will close on Friday 31st October 2025 at 23:00 o’clock (BST)
One individual will be selected as the winner. You can enter more than once by sharing to your story’s multiple times – once the usual 24hr period has expired.
You can receive 5 bonus entries by sharing a selfie or picture of your SKIP can inside or outside Home Bargains. (You may only gain an additional 5 entries once.)
Prize:
The winner will receive 50 cans of SKIP.
These will be delivered in sections with the first batch delivered to the winner within 30 days of receiving their delivery information.
· SKIP brands are not liable for any costs you may have in relation to the competition.
· The chosen delivery address must be within the UK. Strictly no international shipping.
· SKIP Brands ltd is not responsible for any delay or damage to the products after they have been dispatched.
The winner will also receive:
· £200 Home Bargains gift voucher (spread over two vouchers)
· £250 Selfridges Advent Calendar.
· These are not exchangeable or refundable and no amendments can be made to the products.
· Please always check the label before use.
· Consult Selfridges in-store or online for allergen advise. If unsure, consult a doctor.
· The winner uses products in the Selfridges advent calendar and any products purchased from Home Bargains with the vouchers at their own risk, and SKIP Drinks accepts no liability.
· The winner may use the Home Bargains vouchers in accordance with their guidelines and following their refund and exchange policies. Please consult Home Bargains for any queries: Home Bargains Help Centre
· The value of the prize is approx. £499.50GBP (excluding shipping.). Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other assets.
Winner selection & notification.
· The winner will be selected from entries on Instagram.
· The winner will be selected at random by an electronic randomiser. The decisions are final and cannot be overruled.
· The Winner will be notified via Instagram DM. They have 7 days (including the day the message is sent) to respond. Failing this a new winner will be selected – through the same process.
· The prize is tied to the winner and cannot be transferred to another person.
· The winner will be informed personally via Instagram DM and the selected winner will also be announced on our Instagram story on Saturday 1st November – subject to response from the winner.
· In such announcement, personal information about you may be shared, such as your name and/or Instagram handle. Please let us know if you reject to such disclosure.
· Similarly, we may post the electronic randomiser which may also disclose personal information about you such as your name and Instagram handle. By entering the competition, you agree to this information being posted on our public Instagram story.
· The winner is liable for paying tax (if any) related to the receipt of the prize.
· Employees of the Company, or any company within the Company’s company group, may not participate in the competition.
Disqualification:
· The Company reserves the right to disqualify persons due to illegal or fraudulent behaviour or if such persons act in breach of these terms and conditions.
· SKIP Drinks ltd also reserves the right to disqualify entries made by fake accounts and/or by persons who fail to meet one or more elements of the entry criteria
Data Handling:
By entering this competition, participants acknowledge and agree to the following regarding their personal data:
1. Personal Data Collected:
o We will collect and use the following personal information from participants:
o Social media handle (Instagram)
o Name – if disclosed in Instagram bio or handle.
o Email address and legal name (only from the selected winner, upon contact via direct message.)
o Address and contact number (only from the selected winner.)
2. Purpose of Data Collection:
The data will be used solely for the purposes of:
· Verifying entry eligibility (e.g. confirming the participant follows the required account)
· Contacting the winner via direct message
· Requesting an email address from the winner to arrange prize delivery and any necessary follow-up communication
2. Participant Rights:
o Participants have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us via direct message on the relevant platform or email on info@drinkskip.co.uk.

Additional Terms and Conditions
· You participate in the competition, and you use the prize on your own risk, and you are responsible for your own safety connected therewith.
· It is your responsibility to make sure that you can consume and use the prizes.
· Always read the label on any product you have won before using or consuming it.
· Please consult your doctor before using any product.
· Do not exceed the recommended CBD intake of 10MG per day.
· Not suitable for the consumption of under 16-year-olds.
